Humanity Tender Note (HTN) / ​International Intangible Currency (iiC) a peer-to-peer currency/asset. A form of currency/asset only uses to transact the intangible and goodwill of the human race inside of a new Goodwill and Intangible economic infrastructure, our very own humanity, which make up a large percentage of our economic system but never monetized. Economy is a human creation, we make the rules, therefore we can write the rules to align ourselves with our core construct.  At this point in our existence, we are ready for valuation of our core characteristic, our humanity.  Human valuation can no longer be based on just productivity, innovation and creation, our humanity needs to be in the equation.

CAA/SDA is an innovative conceptual artwork / wearable art which derives its valuation based on underlining security or securities tracked by the artwork / wearable art and undergoes intrinsic method of calculation to derives at daily valuation of CAA/SDA. In other words, the arts valuation no longer depends on galleries, dealers, auction houses, curators, retailers, but CAA/SDA valuation increases or decreases on the basis of the underlining security or securities daily percent fluctuation on the public exchange in which the security or securities are traded on. Given the nature of CAA/SDA intrinsic method of calculation, CAA/SDA valuation will increase or decrease from day to day, the rate of appreciation or depreciation will be based strictly on the underlining security or securities daily market changes measured at the end of each trading day. Ownership and valuation of CAA/SDA are kept on record by Daisu Nghi, every sale of CAA/SDA will be broker by Daisu Nghi. Sales of CAA/SDA after initial offering sale will not be recorded, permitted or broker by Daisu Nghi if the current owner of CAA/SDA decides to sell CAA/SDA below or above its intrinsic valuation. In case such unrecognized transaction of CAA/SDA was executed, the CAA/SDA new owner will forfeit its intrinsic valuation and CAA/SDA valuation will no longer be recognized as an Daisu Nghi art collectible.  A unique Universal Art Identification Code (UAIC) is assigned to each artwork registered with Daisu Nghi. The UAIC will identify the original artwork, the artist's name and the current owner of the artwork. Registering artwork with Daisu Nghi is available for the artist of the original artwork and the current owner.  This allows a creation of a pedigree for the artwork from its creator to the latest owner.

Quasi-Fungible Thing (QFT) is a 1 of 1 non-fungible real-world thing permanently attached/bonded to a fixed amount of QFT Substrate (defined as HTN/IIC in Coordinate System) and can be sold/traded as a single good/item along with an NFT documenting the QFT creation. The formula for QFT = 1 of 1 non-fungible real-world item attached/bonded by reacting with (X) amount of QFT substrate (HTN/IIC in Coordinate System) (amount of QFT Substrates are at the discretion and capability of the creator).  QFT then goes through minting process to derive an NFT. The selling/trading of the QFT|NFT results in the ownership or disposal of both QFT|NTF in a single transaction. QFT comes into life and existence when things in the world react to consciousness units in the form of HTN/IIC in Coordinate System (QFT Substrate). We are adding a new dimension to the world of material things to hopefully bring out it's true value and reduce the waste/abuse/destructive behaviors we have displayed in the current state. All because we have constructed a system that transformed and enriched life at unprecedent pace, but does not properly value humanity and the environmental structure humanity exist in.
